1. PSP360+ and HIPAA Compliance
While CSquared360 is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we do serve healthcare providers and organizations that are. As such, we understand the importance of maintaining the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

We take every reasonable step to support HIPAA-compliant practices when handling data provided to us for billing services or related support.

2. How We Handle PHI (Spoiler: We Don’t)

As a marketing arm, CSquared360 does not collect, store, or access any patient health data (PHI) — including EMR/EHR credentials, claim details, or medical records.

The only information we receive is:

~ The name and contact info of the referring party (e.g., doctor or clinic rep), All client communications, assessments, and credential collection are handled solely by our partner company, which operates independently from our marketing team.

This means:
~ We do not access or request PHI
~ We do not handle any login credentials
~ We are not part of the clinical or billing operations
~ We simply refer leads to the parent company and support awareness

We take compliance seriously and operate strictly within our marketing role.

3. Business Associate Agreements (BAA)

Just to clarify — since CSquared360 is strictly a marketing arm, we do not access or handle PHI, and therefore we are not required to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

If your organization works with our clinical partner, and they require access to PHI, they will handle all BAA documentation directly as part of their onboarding process.

~ We are not involved in clinical or billing systems
